		<description>Incidentally, my first job out of school was doing SMT on an assembly line.  The process is essentially the same, the machines just cost millions of dollars and automate things.  I can&#039;t imagine trying to apply the paste by hand, stencil or no, it doesn&#039;t take much to smear the paste.</description>
